Recurring End of Match Disconnects (DNF) in Squad Battles & Rivals
I am experiencing a persistent and frustrating issue in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC where I am disconnected from the EA Servers exactly at the post-match screen. This results in an automatic DNF (Did Not Finish) and a loss, even when I have completed and won the match. This primarily happens in Squad Battles, but occasionally affects Division Rivals as well.
Please note that this is not a soft ban (match limit penalty). The disconnections are inconsistent; I can receive a DNF error after one match, immediately queue for another match, and have it conclude and record perfectly normal. I am connecting from Turkey using the EA App, and my internet setup is a wired Ethernet connection provided by Türk Telekom. To rule out any local network or ISP issues, I have already completed the following advanced troubleshooting steps without success:
- Configured Port Forwarding for all recommended EA FC PC TCP/UDP ports.
- Tested with UPnP both enabled and disabled. Changed my DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).
- Disabled and re-enabled IPv6 (verified that my ISP is not using a CGNAT pool).
- Ensured my Windows Network Profile is set to "Private". Added strict exceptions for the EA App and FC 27 in Windows Defender Firewall (Private and Public).
- Deleted my active Ultimate Team squad and created a completely new one from scratch.
Could you please investigate this specific issue on my account or escalate it to the technical team? Receiving constant DNFs for completed matches is completely ruining the Ultimate Team experience. Platform: PC (EA App)
