I redeemed the code for the Ultimate edition for the game twice now and the game still does not appear in my library. When I try to re-enter the code, it says the code has already been redeemed. Please help.
On the EA App on PC, I've been told that the game is reflected in my library from the EA Help's POV however the game does not show up in my own library when I check. I have cleared my cache and even reinstalled the app. I purchased 2 separate codes. Both times when I redeemed it, I got till the point of clicking "Download" then nothing happened and the game didnt show up in library or downloads.
