Season 1 Premium Pass Missing for Ultimate Edition

I pre ordered the ultimate edition and I am missing the premium season pass reward. I played yesterday, and i have now waited for over 24 hours and I have still not received it. 

I bought fc27 ultimate plus edition, I got everything but the premium pass. It has now been 24 hrs since I opened the game since the first time. Please check Theoball77

I ordered the ultimate plus edition before august 31. I got points, hall of fut pp and icon pack. But have not got the premium pass. Have restarted the game multiple times but still hasn’t got it.

Bought fc27 ultimate edition on the 17th of september, so i knew i wasnt going to get the icon pack, but i have been playing and still didnt get the 2000 fc points and the season 1 premium pass?

Hello. I started playing yesterday and I got my points and pp and icon, but there seems to be a problem with my premium pass. I do not get the tokens to unlock season 1-5, I ordered ultimate plus. I tried contacting EA support but they take time to answer. Any suggestions on what I can do?

fyi. Last year I also should have gotten season pass first month, but because of error I never got I last time aswell. I am not happy about this. I have spent a lot of money on this and frustration hits when I don’t get what I paid for!
