FC 27 crashes to desktop instantly during "Connecting to EA Servers"

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an instant Crash to Desktop (CTD) with no error message on PC. The crash happens consistently at the exact same point: right when the game reaches the "Connecting to EA Servers / Please wait while retrieving data from server..." phase (as shown in the attached video).

Interestingly, I was able to get into the game and play once without issues, but upon restarting, the crash immediately returned.

What I have tried so far (none resolved the issue):

Offline Launch: If I cancel the connection or launch the game completely offline (via Windows Firewall / disabling network), the game reaches the main menu without any issues. However, the second I press R3 to connect to EA Servers from the main menu, it instantly crashes to desktop.

Settings & Squads Reset: Deleted local settings and squads files from the Documents\FC 27 folder, and also tested renaming the folder completely.

Network & DNS: Tested using different DNS addresses, tried connecting via mobile hotspot (different ISP), and tested with a VPN. With a VPN, it hangs on "Syncing settings" for a longer duration before eventually crashing.

EA App Troubleshooting: Cleared the EA App cache via App Recovery and disabled the In-Game Overlay.

Security Settings: Disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity).

Since the game runs completely fine offline, this appears to be a crash triggered during the account-level server handshake / cloud profile data retrieval.

Has anyone experienced this specific crash and found a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    same exact problem. I tried everything that have ever been mentioned to be a fix yet its not solved. the error crash code is 0xC0000006 if that could help

    Same here, it's been 4 days and still can't play a single game! Litterly have tried for 4 days with every single possibility trying to find where it's messing up. The menu's are fine but when you start a game like squad battles, rivals or the grounds. Instant crash. Look at how many people are dealing with this issue for longer then a week already.

    So far, the only solution I've found is uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the EA launcher (along with all the residual files left on the computer after uninstallation). Thanks to this, the game crashing issue disappeared, but the next time I tried to play, the problem returned, so it's only a temporary fix.

    Mesmo problema! Já fiz de tudo, inclusive desinstalar e reinstalar o jogo..
