Season Pass Glitch

I’m getting an error that the season pass is unavailable and to try again later. It seems to be a known glitch but none of the fixes worked.

it’s on my sons account, and we have purchased it for him in FC 26. I did do live chat but they said minors are not allowed to buy anything. I don’t think there right, since we already bought the FC points and the error occurs when we try to change them in for the premium pass. Anyone have any ideas?
