Subject: Draft Hackers – Request for Coin Refund or Draft Tokens

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you regarding a serious issue I experienced in the Draft mode.

I entered the Draft twice, and each time I paid 15,000 coins to enter. Unfortunately, in the very first match of both Draft runs, I was matched against a hacker/cheater.

Because of this, I lost both Draft entries and a total of 30,000 coins without having a fair chance to play or complete the Draft. This happened twice, and both times the issue occurred in the very first match.

I would like you to review the match history and investigate these games. If the opponents are confirmed to have been cheating, I kindly request compensation for my losses, either by refunding the 30,000 coins or providing two Draft Tokens as compensation.

I paid for the Draft entries and lost them because of cheaters, not because I quit or intentionally forfeited the matches.

Please review my account and match history and help resolve this issue.

    ive disconnected from 3 drafts costing me 45 thousand coins so looking to be refunded with my coins or 3 draft tokens

    This has happened to me loads, I wouldn't expect anything from EA, as those guys are all useless at their job lmao.

    same, glad it was a free token , but i can't believe it's ANOTHER year without a working anti-cheat LMAO

    Same scenario here after my first match in my first online draft. Every one of my players had a cursor over their heads and i couldn't control any of them - forced to alt+f4... token lost. won't try again as it's clearly a widespread issue... EA, there simply has to be a way to reinstate coins / tokens lost to hackers, me and most people I know are giving up on the game because this stuff isn't handled and it's the victim who is penalized every single time.
