Subject: Draft Hackers – Request for Coin Refund or Draft Tokens

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you regarding a serious issue I experienced in the Draft mode.

I entered the Draft multiple times, and each time I paid 300FC points to enter. Unfortunately, in the very first match of the Draft runs, I was matched against a hacker/cheater.

Because of this, I lost all the Draft entries and a total of 1-2k FC point  without having a fair chance to play or complete the Draft. This happened multiple time, and all the times the issue occurred in the very first or second match.

I would like you to review the match history and investigate these games. If the opponents are confirmed to have been cheating, I kindly request compensation for my losses, either by refunding the FC points or providing a few Draft Tokens as compensation.

I paid for the Draft entries and lost them because of cheaters, not because I quit or intentionally forfeited the matches.

Please review my account and match history and help resolve this issue.

I paid for the FC Points with my own money, but I essentially wasted it because I couldn't play due to cheaters, and I didn't get the rewards I deserved. I would like some help, as I paid for nothing.
