Subject: EAFC 27 Unable to Connect to EA Servers on PS5 After Latest Update

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a connection issue with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5 following the latest game update on 29 October 2026.

The game was working perfectly before the update. Since then, I have been unable to connect to the EA servers on my PS5.

Troubleshooting completed:

- Tested multiple internet connections, including different broadband networks and a mobile hotspot.

- Confirmed that other online games work normally.

- Confirmed that PlayStation Network sign-in is successful.

- Confirmed that the NAT Type is 2.

- Tested two different PSN accounts on the affected PS5, but both failed to connect.

- Tested both PSN accounts on another PS5, where EA SPORTS FC 27 works normally.

- Reinstalled the game and reset the PS5, but the issue remains.

The error message displayed is:

"You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers."

Since the issue started immediately after the update and persists across multiple accounts and internet connections, I suspect a potential game or console-specific connectivity issue.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a solution?
