Tradeable Icon Stuck Untradeable
Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing a frustrating bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team involving my Seeger Icon card, which was originally purchased as a tradeable player on the Transfer Market.
Here's exactly what happened:
- I purchased Seeger as a tradeable Icon card.
- I applied a Cosmetic Evolution to the card.
- Afterwards, I applied a Role+ Evolution.
- I successfully removed the Role+ Evolution using the "Reset Evolution" feature.
- However, after removing the Role+ Evolution, the option to reset or remove the remaining Cosmetic Evolution completely disappeared.
The problem:
My Seeger Icon still has the Cosmetic Evolution applied, but the game no longer gives me the option to remove it.
As a result, my originally tradeable Icon card is now stuck as untradeable, and I cannot restore it to its original state.
This is especially frustrating because I purchased the card with coins and expected to be able to remove the Evolutions.
EA Support:
I already contacted EA Support regarding this issue (Case #258260675).
The support agent confirmed that my information had been recorded and a report had been logged for investigation.
However, shortly afterwards, my support case was closed with the status "No Fix Available", without resolving the issue.
What I would like EA to investigate:
- Why does the "Reset Evolution" option disappear after removing a Role+ Evolution when a Cosmetic Evolution is still applied?
- Is this a known bug affecting cards with multiple Evolutions?
- Can the remaining Cosmetic Evolution be removed so that my Seeger Icon becomes tradeable again?
- Is there any workaround or planned fix for this issue?
