Trial License Conflict After Purchasing Full Game (Download Button Not Working)

Hello, I previously played the 10-hour trial version of FC 27. Later, I purchased the full game with a discount through the EA App. However, I am currently unable to download the game because my account seems stuck on the trial license, creating a conflict with my new purchase. Could you please clear the trial flag/license from my account so the download button for the full game becomes active? Thank you!
