PS5, FC 27 Ultimate Team freezes on virtually every menu/action and eventually gives the “There was a problem connecting to Football Ultimate Team servers” message. The game has been completely reinstalled, PS5 database rebuilt, licences restored, DNS changed, and the issue occurs on both home Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot. Other online games work normally. TheFC 27 Companion App can access thesame Ultimate Team account and clubnormally. Creating a new blank activesquad did not resolve the PS5 issue. The game keeps getting frozen on the loading screen and the only way to stop it is to close the game and open it up again, however again after 2/3 minutes the same thing happens again. I have opened a case but nothing is being done about it and it seems as though it has not affected my friends that i play with, just me. It is not a console issue or wifi issue. I have tried on 3 different consoles on different internet connections
Same exact thing happens to me. Didn’t do it so muck yesterday but today it’s started doing it all the time. Had a friend playing on the same WiFi and there was no issues with theirs
