Unable to access English Leagues in Career

All I get in Career games are to set-up Premier Teams. How do I play in Championship, League a or League 2 as they are all greyed out - therefore inaccessible?

Never had this problem before. Have spent a week trying to find answers - tried all suggestions - tried re-installing game - no change still greyed out.

I don't want a refund I just want to play the game I purchased!!
