Unable to Purchase Premium Pass with FC Points on Child Account

We purchased FC Points for my son’s EA SPORTS FC 27 account on PS5. The FC Points are showing correctly on the account, but we are unable to purchase the Premium Pass.

Every time we try to buy the Premium Pass using FC Points, the game shows an error: “The Season Pass online services are currently unavailable, please try again later.”

We have tried many times over several days.

We were able to purchase the Premium Pass successfully using FC Points on the same child account in FC 26.

I have attached screenshots showing the FC Points balance and the error message.

    I believe pre order you get season 1 premium for free so thats why, not 100% tho

    We bought ultimate edition on my adult account, but the issue is on my child’s account (it didn't get any bonuses).

    I have the same issue for my son, he has the EA points on his account but cannot purchase. Is there allready an solution?

    I had contact with EA, there answer is literally your son can buy EA FC coins but the season pass that is not entitled on a kids account. Last year it was possible, so very frustrating, my son spend his money for the season pass. Bought coins and now he cannot purchase it. EA don’t want to look further into it.

    That's very disappointing. Why can he use FC points to buy packs then? Surely it should be all or nothing. How did you buy coins? He's got no chance of getting to 500k coins by buying and selling in the limited time he's allowed to play on the Xbox. My son is getting so fed up he's pretty much stopped playing FC, and has gone back to Fortnite. If he's not bothered about playing it, I won't be buying the next edition.
