Unfairly Coin Wiped for 1.75M Coins – 6 Appeals, Only Automated Responses
Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know where else to turn.
Last Sunday, my EA FC account was unfairly coin wiped, and approximately 1.75 million coins were removed from my account. I immediately contacted EA Help and appealed the decision, but I have now submitted six appeals, and every response I receive is essentially the same automated message stating that my account was involved in coin transferring.
The problem is that I’m not getting any actual explanation or meaningful review of what supposedly happened. I’m simply being told that the decision is final, despite the fact that I have repeatedly appealed and asked for my case to be properly investigated.
What exactly on sunday, The Halloween-themed SBCs caused the prices of certain cards, including some bronze cards, to skyrocket. These cards suddenly became worth significantly more because they were required for the SBCs, creating unusual market activity and huge price increases. From my end I was listing a lot of those bronze cards, its simple trading not that I'm transferring coins to other accounts.
I believe this kind of legitimate market activity may have been incorrectly interpreted by the system as coin transferring.
Tbh, I have already provided screenshots/evidence and all I get is an automated message. What else needs to be done ?
I’ve been playing EA FC for a long time and genuinely enjoy the game. I’m not trying to exploit the game or transfer coins between accounts. Losing 1.75 million coins is a huge amount, and receiving the same automated response six times without any meaningful explanation is incredibly frustrating.
Can someone from EA please look into this and arrange a proper manual review of my account?
I’m simply asking for a fair investigation. I would like my coins restored as soon as possible.
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this, and especially to anyone from EA who can help escalate this to the appropriate team.
