URGENT: Bahrain Server Ping Increased from 4–6ms to 45–50ms –

Dear EA SPORTS Management and Technical Support Team,

We are writing to submit a formal complaint on behalf of EA SPORTS FC 27 players in Bahrain and the Gulf region regarding the significant deterioration in server performance and online gameplay quality.

This issue has become extremely frustrating for many players, particularly those connecting to the Bahrain servers.

Previously, players in Bahrain enjoyed excellent latency, with ping consistently ranging between 4–6 ms. However, many players are now experiencing ping levels of approximately 45–50 ms, representing a significant deterioration in connection quality.

More importantly, the problem is not limited to ping. Players are experiencing:

1. Severe input delay and delayed player response.
2. Heavy, sluggish, and unresponsive gameplay.
3. Delayed passing, shooting, player switching, and skill moves.
4. Noticeable differences between the displayed connection quality and actual in-game performance.
5. An overall unfair and frustrating competitive experience.

We would like to emphasize that these problems cannot simply be dismissed as individual internet connection issues. Players with high-speed fiber-optic connections are also experiencing these problems.

We demand clear answers from EA SPORTS regarding the following:

• Has EA SPORTS changed, relocated, or modified the Bahrain server infrastructure?
• Why has latency increased from 4–6 ms to approximately 45–50 ms?
• Are there any known routing, server capacity, or network optimization issues affecting Bahrain and the Gulf region?
• Is EA SPORTS aware of the input delay and heavy gameplay affecting players?
• What specific actions will be taken to restore the previous server performance?

Our Requests:

We strongly request that EA SPORTS:

1. Conduct an urgent technical investigation into the Bahrain servers.
2. Review network routing and connectivity for players in Bahrain and the Gulf region.
3. Investigate the causes of input delay and unresponsive gameplay.
4. Provide an official explanation regarding the deterioration in server performance.
5. Take immediate corrective action to restore the previous quality of online gameplay.

We are loyal EA SPORTS customers who invest our time and money in this game. We deserve a fair, stable, and competitive online experience.

We do not want generic automated responses blaming internet service providers. We want this complaint escalated to the actual network engineering and server infrastructure teams responsible for the Middle East region.

We expect a serious investigation and a clear official response.
