Utimate team kick

FC 27 Ultimate Team suddenly won't connect / kicks me out

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with Ultimate Team on FC 27 PC.

Everything was working normally earlier today. I played around noon and closed the game. When I came back later, I suddenly couldn't connect to Ultimate Team anymore.

The problem is only with Ultimate Team. Other game modes work normally. Sometimes, after trying to enter FUT many times, I can finally get in, but when I try to start a match, I get kicked out again and the same error appears:

"Connecting to Football Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. Please return to the main menu."

I also tried accessing Ultimate Team through the Web App/Companion, but I sometimes get an EA Account Servers connection problem there as well.

What I've already tried:

• Restarting the game and PC
• Restarting EA App
• Repairing the game files
• Running the game as administrator
• Restarting my modem
• Checking my EA penalty history — I have no current FC 27 penalty
• Trying to enter FUT multiple times

I haven't changed any settings on my modem.

Is anyone else experiencing this on PC? Could this be an EA/FUT server or account connection issue rather than a problem with my PC?

Any help would be appreciated.
