Want feedback on this

somehow a setting worked giving smooth offline gameplay but online is still not perfect even on 30-35ms , its like sometimes good sometimes... so i dug deep into finding what could be and noticed i had around -24 to -25dbm RX power in router login page and it is considered as not optimal. Mostof the things people use like YT, social medias work fine but i had a question is the online gameplay affected by this relatively low number or not?
