The game only launches inside the Epic Games Store library.

I am having a persistent launch issue with EA SPORTS FC 27, purchased through the Epic Games Store.

The game only launches when I trigger it directly inside the Epic Games Store library. When I try to launch it via EA App or from a desktop shortcut, EA App gets stuck at the "Launching game" screen without any response, or prompts a sign-in loop.

Here is what I have already tried to fix this issue (none of which worked):

Cleared EA App cache (via App Recovery tool and manually deleting %localappdata%\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop and %programdata%\Electronic Arts\EA Services).

Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat (EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe) cleanly.

Unlinked and relinked my Epic Games and EA accounts

Ran EA App Repair tool (EAappInstaller.exe), verified game files via Epic, and tested Administrator / Windows 8 Compatibility modes.

Disabled EA App In-Game Overlay and closed EABackgroundService in Task Manager.

Tested manual shortcuts with Epic application URI codes (com.epicgames.launcher://apps/...).

Since local cache wipes and registry/credential resets haven't solved this, it seems like a digital license/token synchronization bug between EA App and Epic Games for my account.

Could you please inspect my EA account's entitlement status and reset my digital game token on your server side?
