Hello, I was able to grind for the elite rank mask (which took a long time) on The Grounds rank 5v5 and once the season was completed it told me I awarded the mask (black face mask) but once I checked my inventory it was no where to be seen. Is there any way I fix this issue? And is anyone else going through the same issue?

Same issue here but I was division 2. EA support page is terrible. They want you to reach out to their EA support page on X. With 2.2 million followers I doubt anyone will help. I don’t have X and I’m not making an account for one answer. Chat bots on EA support send you to articles that put you in a loop that never answers your question. I might try buying a mask in the store to see if that unlocks other masks. Let me know if you get an answer.
