Pro clubs player glitch

Me and my 3 mates were playing a relagation game in div 3 when loading in it only put 3 of us in and one of us was in a loading screen, for the first 15 minutes of the game only ai players were on the pitch our players seemed to be on the touchline we couldn't move them out or anything I checked team management to see if I could fix it and it wouldn't let me back out of the team management screen then we conceded a number of goals before it let 2 of us In later me and the other person had to leave the game reload pro clubs and join as a sub at which point we were about 5-0 down and we ended up losing 7-4 i was really disappointed and frustrated as we got put down a division and would request some form of compensation for our troubles
