9,050 Paid Points Trapped in FC 25

Hi guys,

Can you help?  I bought the FC 24 Ultimate Edition (Order: 442053303291), and my balance of 9,050 points successfully rolled over into FC 25. However, due to a system sync issue, they did not automatically pull forward into FC 26 or FC 27. I was completely unaware of the August 31, 2026 automated tool deadline and received no email warning regarding paid currency expiration.

Frontline chat support confirmed the points are there but stated they lack the system tools to manually grant an exception. (Case # 255865813)

Are my points gone forever?

    Sorry to say martinjohnnolan​ but if our live support team advised that they cannot assist then there would be nothing that we on the forums can do to change this.

    Hey martinjohnnolan​ is the issue that you wanted to transfer points from FC 24 to 25 but missed the cut off date?

    FC 25 points can't be transferred to FC 27.

    EA_Darko​ thanks for the response. 

    I understand, however they did not transfer into EA FC 26 first! I expected an automatic transfer into FC26 and then into FC27.

    I did - They informed me about the deadline of August 31, 2026 and said they could not help!
