Accidentally submitted Valencia to the base hero sbc

i accidentally submission of my Antonio Valencia Hall of FUT Cars item into a Base Hero SBC in .

I finished the sbc, got my pack but then suddenly noticed valencia was missing in my team.

This card required considerable effort to obtain through Gallery Tokens and was one of my most valued and irreplaceable players.

I contacted the ea support team and they said that  SBC submissions are irreversible. The game database deletes the submitted items to generate the reward, our support tools do not have a way to manually restore or recover the card for you.
The even said that there is no submission history available. The support itself cannot see if the card was submitted.

It seems that there is nothing possible to fix this, which i will have to accept.

However, it would have been great to have a sbc history or submission history so we can at least double check if an item has been submitted or if there is an desplay issue.
