I am so so hopeless EA

My son and I bought both football (EA Sports FC) and hockey (NHL) from this company, but the experience has been a complete nightmare. I am trapped in a constant losing streak due to forced, script-like gameplay mechanics.

​I spent €130 on this game, only to be stuck in Division 7 for two months, losing over 120 online matches while getting zero support from EA. On top of that, the gameplay is full of bugs, and the Transfer Market keeps shutting down and breaking every single week. It feels like we are just expected to pay money and get scammed in return.

​Every year, the game gets worse than the last. It genuinely feels like a massive scam. I would really appreciate it if a decent, decent-hearted employee here could actually step up and help me out.

​I don't even know what else to say anymore, but this is officially the very last year that I or anyone in my family and relatives will ever buy a game from EA.
