cheaters in drafts

I'm getting really frustrated with online drafts it feels like i cant play a single draft without running into cheaters.

i paid for this game to enjoy its online modes not to avoid them because of cheating I've had matchers where my players go afk ,i lose control of them, the game freezes and then i get disconnected, when i check with support, I'm often told it wasn't cheating and that my game simply crashed.

Ea needs to do more to address this issue if a player is found to be cheating they should receive stronger penalties. the current anti cheat system doesn't seem to be preventing these problems.

it would also help if there were better reporting tools and more of transparency about actions taken against cheaters.

if these issues continue, ill be requesting a refund because I've paid for a game that i currently cant enjoy as intended.
