Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Pack Luck

Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the pack rewards I have received in EA SPORTS FC 27.

I have been playing this franchise every year without interruption since 2014, making me a loyal player for over a decade. Despite my long-standing commitment to the game, my pack-opening experience has been consistently disappointing.

I have opened an enormous number of packs across virtually every available category, including expensive and high-value packs. Yet, the most valuable player I have packed so far is worth only approximately 50,000 coins on the transfer market.

I understand that pack rewards are based on probabilities and that valuable players are not guaranteed. However, after opening countless packs of different types, receiving such consistently disappointing results is extremely frustrating. I believe my account’s pack-opening history deserves a proper review.

I have supported this franchise every year since 2014, and I find it disappointing that after more than a decade of loyalty, my experience with pack rewards has been this poor.

I am not asking for guaranteed rewards or special treatment. I am asking for transparency and a proper investigation into my pack-opening history to determine whether everything is functioning as intended. I would appreciate it if your team could review the available records associated with my account and provide a meaningful response addressing my concerns.

Please do not respond with only a generic explanation of pack probabilities. I understand how probability works; my concern is the consistently disappointing experience despite the enormous number of packs I have opened.

Long-term players deserve to have their concerns taken seriously, and I hope your team will investigate this matter appropriately.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

A Loyal and Disappointed EA SPORTS FC Player Since 2014
