Missing Season 9 FC26 5x82+ reward

I completed Season 9 in FC26 and was supposed to receive the 5x82+ untradeable player pack in FC27. When I logged into FC27, I received the notification saying the reward had been granted and I accepted it, but the pack is not in my Store, My Packs or unassigned items. It has now been more than 24 hours. Please check my account and grant the missing reward.
