FC Seasonal track level 9

When I tried to claim my premium level 9 reward and choose between Marmol and the pack I had to claim the pack several times without anything appearing in my store. I then just logged of assuming this would be resolved later on so I could claim it. Now when I logged in again it says that the reward has been claimed but there is still no pack to open in my store.
