Fc27 Xbox connection errors

Hello, as a parent of an upset boy who spent £100 of his money on the game yesterday - can anyone advise if they are seeing issues on ultimate team with any games for objectives seemingly kicking him  out around the 70minute mark. Unsure if it’s our Wi-Fi (it wasn’t a problem with fc26) or an issue with the Xbox itself so thought would reach out to see if others experiencing t the same before buying a very long Ethernet cable (!) thanks.
