Could you try clearing the EA app cache and let me know if that helps?
Yes, I did it, but it doesn't show up in the library; the game is downloaded, but it still won't open.

I have a few more questions for you:
- Did you buy the game on Steam or the EA app?
- Just to confirm: Which edition of the game did you buy?
- Could you try logging out and back in to the EA app, and if that doesn't work, can you try a reinstall of the EA app?
