game forces me to restart constantly

every time i play the game i find myself restarting it after not even 5 minutes because i will get stuck on a loading screen. it always happens on online modes and its been doing it since fc26. it only happens to me not even any of my mates and im fed up with it. ive moved house aswell so it cant be because of my signal but this is shocking pls fix my game
