hacked

Hello EA Support,

My EA FC 27 account has been hacked. I noticed that someone from Santiago, Chile gained access to my account. After that, all of my tradeable players and coins were removed from my Ultimate Team.

I did not sell or spend any of these items myself, and I did not give anyone permission to access my account. I would really appreciate it if you could investigate the recent activity on my account and, if possible, restore my missing players and coins.

I can provide any information necessary to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account.

    Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account under your control.

    Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page to get in touch with our live support team so they can help with account recovery and explore what options are available for the lost content with you. Unfortunately, we don't have access to account details and can't review this here on the forums.

    Once you click the link to see the security steps, you'll want to scroll to the bottom, and you should see the following button: 

    Please click the Contact us button, and a small chat should appear on the side with our NextStep bot. Provide the information it prompts you for, and you should eventually be offered an option to chat with our live support team or be redirected to an advisor. 

    If you're facing any difficulties or pushback with the NextStep bot, feel free to use this web form instead.
