Has anything been done to improve appeal system for wrong bans in 27?
Did not get a proper answer last time, just some CM saying it is safe to invest time and money in 27. Not saying anything about if and what has been improved. Of course 26 was perfect and did not need improvement, as noone were wrongly banned and therefore never needed to access the joyful experience of the fully working appeal process. But still, interested to know if something has been improved at all in that regard?

There have been no changes to how that system works. If someone receives an action they believe was applied to their account incorrectly, appealing it will put in a request to our Terms of Service team to review the circumstances of that action again.
These appeals are still performed by humans and people generally have multiple appeals available to have different members of the ToS team check things over. That's not, of course, a guarantee that an appeal will result in a ban being removed, just that the team will take another look at our records of what took place.
