Incorrect SBC Group Rewards – 85+ x2 Rare Gold

Hello EA Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with the group rewards from the LaLiga, Liga F, Premier League, and Barclays Squad Building Challenges.

The reward description clearly stated that completing the group would grant an 85+ x2 Rare Gold Players Pack (Untradeable). However, after completing the challenges and opening the reward pack, I received players who did not meet the advertised requirements.

This is misleading, as the pack should guarantee two Rare Gold Players rated 85 or higher.

Please investigate my account and verify the rewards I received. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue by granting the correct reward pack or providing the appropriate compensation.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
