Infinite Loading Screen Loop on PS5 - Happens on Every Loading Screen

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a game-breaking issue on FC 27 for PS5. The game gets stuck in an infinite loading loop every single time it enters a loading screen. This happens everywhere: right before reaching the main menu, before opening packs, and basically anytime the game needs to load something. It is completely unplayable.

I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps, so please do not suggest the basics. Here is exactly what I have done:

Reinstalled the game completely.

Cleared the PS5 cache and rebuilt the database.

Deleted all local save data and profile settings.

Unplugged all USB devices (headsets, cables, etc).

Changed network settings (DNS to 8.8.8.8, MTU to 1473).

Put my PS5 in the router DMZ and contacted my ISP.

Despite doing all of this, the freezing continues. It seems to be a severe syncing or connection issue with the EA servers, as older FIFA games worked perfectly fine on the exact same network setup.

Has anyone else experienced this specific issue and found a real fix? Is the development team aware of this? Any help from a community manager or an advanced user would be greatly appreciated.
