Missing FC 27 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Rewards

exactly same

How long dose it take to get a response on here

Hay I have been patient but I never got my pre order icon rewards if you could plz sort it out it would be very much appreciated

Hi I never received my icon pack even though I pre ordered before I needed to, it says installed however not on my account?

I tried communicating the fixes to EA Support but I'm just talking to an AI that offers solutions I already tried. I have no idea why I have to spend time helping EA out but here we go:

There are multiple things you can check.

1. Make sure to launch from EA Launcher, with the account that holds the entitlement
2. Add FC 27 to the EA Pro library (On the left)
3. Change language to English, if its in English, change it to something else and change it back, this will cause a small reinstall
4. If this did not work, change your Location with a VPN

Why the VPN?

EA, for some reason, has disabled FC points in some countries.
I'm not sure if they are aware, but The Ultimate Edition is also "disabled" in some regions.

If I VPN to different regions I can sometimes buy the Ultimate Edition, sometimes I can not.

If you VPN to a region where you can buy it, now the store can register it correctly, and logging in will then cause the grant to happen.

I figured this out by some reverse engineering and different menu changes in the store.

I have received two codes with my pre-order FC27 and redeemed thema on the PS5, but I'm not getting content.

• 2 Double AXP (10 Matches Consumables)
• 3 Icons/Heroes (Non-Exclusive In Career)
• Pre-order Challenges
• 3 Ingame FUT tenue's

Same thing is happening to me, i pre ordered the ultimate edition and i am missing the first 2000 fc points AND the season pass

i havent got my 85 plus icon pack but i pre orderd fc 27 ultimate editon

if you Are on steam. Uninstall and download it om EA app, then u see your rewards. Then you Can switchboard back after
