missing players
Hello, I logged into FC 27 on Ultimate Team and saw that I was missing three players from my squad who were available for sale (the standard Kvaratskhelia, the Team of the Week Cancelo and the standard Safonov), but there’s no record of these players having been sold. I haven’t received the credits and they’re not in my club or in Quick Sale. I’ve checked everywhere and nobody else has access to my account. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this, fix the bug and let me know what’s going on, please.

It was a good idea to check your account security right away. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend going through the steps in our What to do if your EA Account was hacked guide to make sure your account is fully secured.
For the missing players, please also go through the checks in our How to find missing EA SPORTS FC Items and Packs guide.
If you still can’t find your missing Items after 72 hours, you’ll need to reach out to our support team by scrolling to the bottom of the EA Help page and click Contact Us.
