Offline draft crashing.

I played two offline drafts which I put 600 FC Points towards, and in both of them it crashed AFTER I won the games and was loading back into Ultimate Team, and then counted as losses. This has only happened in offline draft, not in any other game mode, and it happened both times. So I completely lost my real life money because the game decided to conveniently crash after I won. I’ve noticed this has happened to a lot of people.
