I was playing 2 offline drafts today and got disconnected from the final round and the other in the first round. extremely frustrating because i spent 15k on the drafts just to have it lost because of disconnects. so frustrating that ea always releases these games that are unfinished with so many bugs and glitches get ur shi together ea ffs
Same case I want my money back

use this to submit a request for a token. Usually get it back immediately. Just used it yesterday and today
I was disconnected from FC 27 Draft by EA server errors ("too much traffic") several times in the days before Sep 24, including the night of Sep 23 (~11:30 pm), and lost 3 Draft entries. I paid real money for FC Points used to buy these tokens.
Case #255075121 was closed as "Fixed" on Sep 24. The advisor told me the draft "has already been reset", to allow up to 24 hours for sync, and to chat again if nothing arrived. Six days later, no token has arrived and the Draft Token self-service tool says I'm not eligible. A second advisor said they could not restore tokens, escalate or transfer, and sent me here. Case #255609887 is now "No Fix Available". Screenshots attached. Please have the specialized team review my account and restore my tokens.
I was playing a draft and I took it to extra time won 6-5 and then as soon as the game finished I got kicked out ultimate team and then when I log back in it says I need to claim my rewards, this is particularly infuriating as I used fc points so I would like a draft token please
So good!
I want to report the same thing happened to me today however in online draft I won and it gave me the exact same page. I have tried to use the tool and it says not eligible. I need something back from this it’s not fair
Twice in a row I have attempted an offline draft on Xbox and won the first game then at the end of the match it says "the EA servers are unable to process your current request. Please try again later" it then kicks me out of ultimate team and registers as a loss. 30k coins down the drain!
I won my third draft game offline, but afterwards I got kicked out and when I got back in it said that I had lost.
Spent 15k and did not get to finish
I was playing online FUT draft and was winning 3-1. The player quite the game but it counted as a loss for me and it was also the first round. How is this possible ?? This is the 3rd time that happened to me in this week. It’s impossible to play this game. I grind so much to get coins then suddenly get disconnected and loose everything
Happened to me 3x in finals.
