PC Offline Draft disconnection and crashes

Trying offline draft for the first time and my game crashed for the first time ever and i managed to get a refund from the missing content tool only be disconnected midway through the second game of my retry. Now i cant get a draft oken from the missing content tool.... literally never crashed or disconnected in 40 other games in ultimate team..
