Upon opening the first "1 of 4 85+ Player Pick" pack, the reward selection screen clearly displayed players featuring special holographic card designs and signatures (promotional/special version).
Believing I had packed high-tier special items, I selected them. However, once added to my club/stash, the items turned out to be standard base versions—completely lacking both the signatures and the holographic effect.
Assuming it was a minor UI/display glitch, I opened the second "1 of 4 85+ Player Pick" pack. Exactly the same thing happened: the preview showed special cards with signatures and holographic visuals, but the items granted to my account were standard versions.
I subsequently restarted the game completely, but the issue persists, and the cards remain standard.
This is a misleading display error that affected my pack choices. Since I spent hard-earned Weekend League tokens on these specific picks expecting the promotional versions shown on the selection screen, I kindly request that my account be investigated and proper compensation.
I am attaching screenshots with the picks to the message.
Thank you for your prompt assistance with this matter.

Hello BitaNuno2611 Arey_fc ,
If you are seeing a player pick pack showing some base items with Holographic. This is not intended and those items should not have holographic. We are currently investigating this issue as we can see here on the FC 27 Trello Board.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello
Thanks for the reply and for looking into this. It is highly valued by players of this wonderful game that you do not leave issues unresolved. However, I would like to clarify how this investigation's outcome will affect those of us who were impacted. My decision to open these specific player picks was based entirely on the preview screen, which clearly showed special items with signatures and holographic effects. Had I known beforehand that this was a visual bug and that the rewards would only grant standard base versions, I would have chosen completely different rewards for the Weekend League tokens I worked so hard to earn. Given that this misleading display directly influenced our choices and cost us valuable tokens, will affected players receive any compensation or a rollback option? Thanks again for your time and assistance.
