Rivals win, ea sever error caused dnf

I was playing rivals, i had a win streak and there was a bonus that if i win i get to move 2 extra points. I wont the match 4-2, after the final whistle while the game was loading the menu i got an error "EA servers unable to process your request at current moment". the game forced me out of ultimate team, the game counted as dnf, so i lost my whole progress. I tried contacted ea support, but i keep getting redirected by the AI chat to useless articles. I have the full match clipped as evidence, but i cant upload it here. video link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fpxEfWqCC3brrX1hdtWc88QNk8JaAk3e/view?usp=sharing

Exact same thing happened to me I wa also on a 2 game streak and won the game 4-2 then I crash and get a loss from it. Honestly waste of time even reporting it they ain’t gonna do anything about it
