Subject: EA Servers Unavailable – FC 26 on PS5

Hello EA Support,

I am currently unable to connect to EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5. The game displays the message: “EA Servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later.”

My PlayStation internet connection test is successful:

Internet connection: Successful

Sign-in to online services: Successful

NAT Type: Type 2

Download speed: 66.9 Mbps

Upload speed: 48.1 Mbps

This appears to be an EA server connection issue rather than a problem with my PlayStation or internet connection.

Please investigate the EA SPORTS FC 26 server connection for PS5, particularly for players in Malaysia/Asia.

I have attached screenshots showing both my successful PS5 connection test and the EA server unavailable error.
