the disconnected server fut

I was playing, and my record in FUT Champions was 6 wins in 6 matches. In the seventh game, I won with difficulty, 8–3. When I finished and got the coins, I left the game. I was about to enter another game, but then it said that I had been kicked because the servers were closed and that I couldn’t leave, etc. Even though I won, I couldn’t start the game; it was telling me that.

So I exited the game and opened it again, and I was able to enter the game, but it had given me a loss.

6 wins and 1 loss instead of just 7 wins.

I finished with 11 wins and 4 losses.

I should have had 12 wins and 3 losses.

please solve my problem
