Hello EA Support,
I'm considering purchasing EA SPORTS FC 27, but my Ultimate Team Web App currently shows "Feature disabled" on almost all sections.
I haven't played FC 27 yet. Could you please check whether my EA account has any restrictions or eligibility issues that would prevent me from accessing the Web App features after purchasing the game?
I would like to confirm this before buying.

I am currently having the same problem only I am using the 10 hour EA play full trial. I believe it was something to do with downloading the lite version of the game too. It is annoying not being able to relist transfers on the companion and using up the time on the game to do sbc’s which I would normally just complete in the app. I don’t remember the issues on previous versions so not sure what benefit limiting the app has and doubt the games sales are effected, but hopefully it can be changed soon 🙏
