Whats the point of having advisors?

So Ive just gone into a fut draft and was frozen when winning at 4-1. I got in contact with support whilst still being in game. To be told they cant do anything unless I leave and they can see the outcome? I think leave, lose the game and get a disconnect. To be told there was nothing they can now do either. Like whats the point? Hackers keep hacking and we get nothing.... Not even support can offer anything nor see the results or stop the game for you so you are returned if they can see the game physically stop moving its honestly a joke. Now I want to complain its either put something on the forum or go back to live chat where they cant do anything. This is honest one big joke
