مشاكل ف الشراء

مرحبًا،

أحاول شراء نقاط FC في لعبة EA SPORTS FC Mobile، ولكن تظهر لي رسالة الخطأ برقم 20001 وتقول إن "المعاملة الأخيرة لا تزال قيد المعالجة".

انتظرت أكثر من ساعة وجربت حذف بيانات متجر Google Play وإعادة التشغيل، ولكن المشكلة مستمرة.

يرجى منكم مراجعة حسابي وإلغاء أي عملية شراء معلقة لكي أتمكن من المحاولة مرة أخرى.
