Dear Development Team of EA Sports FC Mobile,

I am a long-time player who has continuously supported this game for several years. I still choose to play because I have faith in its potential and high expectations for its future development.

However, I have been experiencing frequent disconnection issues, even after carefully checking my internet connection and confirming that there are no network problems on my end. These recurring disconnections significantly affect the overall gameplay experience, especially in competitive modes, where they result in wasted time and effort. I sincerely hope this issue will be thoroughly investigated and resolved.

In addition, I would like to share my concerns regarding the overall direction of the game’s development. Over the past three years, there has been little noticeable improvement in graphics, gameplay mechanics, skill systems, and in-game features. Many elements remain largely unchanged, while competing football games have continued to evolve in terms of visuals, animations, celebrations, and overall depth.

On the other hand, what players clearly notice is the increasing number of in-game events that focus heavily on spending. I understand that revenue is necessary to sustain and develop the game. However, as a player who invests both time and money, I hope to see meaningful improvements in quality that truly justify that support.

I firmly believe the development team has the capability to elevate this game to a much higher level. I am certainly not the only player who feels this way—many others share the same expectations and concerns.

If asked why I continue to play despite these issues, the answer is simple: I still believe in the potential of this game and genuinely want to see it become better than it is today.
