Missing Player Issue

"I am writing to report an issue with a purchase. I bought a player for 2400 Shard tokens from the 116 OVR event, but I have not received the player yet. I need this player urgently to complete the Ultimate TOTS exchange. Please look into this matter as soon as possible."
