“Missing 10,000 Gems After Reaching 10 Stars in FC Champion Mode”

Hello,

I left my phone running with the Auto TD mode overnight in FC Mobile. When I checked in the morning, my FC Champion level had increased to 11 stars, but I didn’t receive the 10,000 gems that are supposed to be rewarded at 10 stars.

There were no connection issues or interruptions — the reward simply didn’t get credited. Could you please check my account and add the missing 10,000 gems?
