Hello EA Support Team,

I have been playing FC Mobile consistently and I feel extremely disappointed with the current state of the game.

1. Matchmaking is clearly unbalanced.

I am repeatedly matched against teams with OVR 118–121 while my team is only OVR 112. This happens especially when I am close to promotion. These matches are not competitive; they feel predetermined.

2. Gameplay is inconsistent and unreliable.

Players ignore inputs, fail to make runs, pass to marked teammates instead of open ones, and sometimes shoot automatically without command. The same players perform completely differently match to match.

3. Goalkeeper AI behaves irrationally.

Weak shots are not caught, rebounds are parried into dangerous areas, and reactions vary wildly with no logical explanation.

4. Server and performance issues.

Severe lag and frame drops occur during crucial moments, despite stable internet connections. This directly affects match outcomes.

At this point, the game feels less skill-based and more pay-to-win. Progress seems artificially blocked unless players invest money.

I am sending this feedback not to insult, but because I genuinely want this game to improve. Right now, it is frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Please review matchmaking logic, gameplay responsiveness, and server stability.
